At Miller Outdoor Co., your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, contact us at miller.outdoors11@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement
• Non-Returnable Items:

• promotional sale items, discounted items and custom orders
